Jimmie Hale Mission Holiday Service Event
The Birmingham Chapter of the American Marketing Association will not host a monthly luncheon in December. Instead, we are committing our time and energy during this holiday season to helping those less fortunate than us.
On Wednesday December 30 lunch and Thursday December 31 dinner, AMA members and friends are invited to join us as we serve meals to residents of the Jimmie Hale Mission. In addition to serving lunch on Wednesday and dinner on Thursday, we will have an opportunity join the residents for their meal and bring them some holiday cheer.
There is no charge to AMA members and friends to participate in these events. However, donations in any denomination will be gratefully accepted, but for your information, a donation of $19.95 is sufficient to feed 10 people.
The Jimmie Hale Mission has ministered to the spiritual and physical needs of the poor and hurting for more than 65 years.
This is sure to be a memorable and rewarding experience for all who participate. Space is limited to so please indicate your willingness to serve one or both times by clicking YES. We have a limited number of openings and will contact you by email to confirm which day(s).
